In this painting on a textured base the artist has drawn many bands of color in light blue, azure, and blue that open into space in a very harmonious way. The colors as a whole evoke a cocktail called Angelo Azzurro.
Paolo Contin has a long artistic career. He trained in the design world and since 1980 has worked in fashion and art. From 1999 he began to exhibit his works; in 2002 his first solo show in Padua, followed by numerous exhibitions in Italy and abroad, including Copenhagen, Monaco, Paris, Brussels, Istanbul, Buenos Aires and Sydney.
