Original work by contemporary artist Francis De Vine, part of his material and gestural research focused on emotional tension and inner fracture.
“Internal Rupture” (2023) is a piece with strong visual impact, built on a structured, tactile substrate, on which emerges an intense red chromatic intervention that expands and transforms into controlled vertical dripping. The contrast with the layered purple background creates a balance between energy and gravity, impulse and dissolution.
The work is part of the series dedicated to abstract emotional landscapes and to the dynamics of inner rupture.
