Description from the seller

Permanent-ink pen from the PILOT brand, CAPLESS model, internationally known as the PILOT VANISHING POINT.
Matt Black version.
Mid-sized body, in 14K gold with rhodium/ruthenium plating.
The code H988 means that the pen was manufactured at the Hiratsuka factory, Japan in September (9) of 1988 (88).
Press-bar converter.
The pen is famous for being one of the few fountain pens in the world that does not have a cap (capless). It uses a click mechanism, similar to a ballpoint, with an internal shutter that prevents the ink from drying.
