Description from the seller
THE WORK
Sold with a certificate of authenticity and already on canvas.
Jovan Srijemac - Escape from bad feeling
An expressive work that combines figurative and symbolic elements. At the center of the composition appears a stylized human figure, often depicted in motion or in transformation, immersed in an environment dominated by intense colors and stark contrasts.
The energetic brushstrokes and simplified shapes convey a sense of emotional tension, while the title suggests the idea of an escape from a negative state of mind. The work thus reflects a psychological dimension: the inner journey of the individual who tries to free themselves from fears, restlessness, or dark thoughts.
