Urban Native by Lasveguix is an original mixed‑media collage on wood, 49 × 20 cm (2 kg), signed by hand, created in 2026 in France, an original edition sold directly from the artist.
Description from the seller
Original artwork on a wooden board 50x20 cm, posters, spray paint, acrylic, Posca.
Original and unique piece, fresh from the artist's studio.
Protected and fast shipping.
Lasveguix does not just paint; he tears, layers, reconstructs. His creations are skin-like walls, fragments of urbanity where the poster blends with graffiti, where acrylic talks to spray paint and Posca. Each work is a pulse, a street scar transposed onto canvas.
Initiated into graffiti by his cousin SUOZ, he feeds his visual language with the walls of Paris and London. In his gesture, you can hear the echoes of the great names who marked urban and contemporary art: Jacques Villeglé and Raymond Hains for torn-poster art, Vhils for sculpted matter, Basquiat for raw energy, Jérôme Mesnager for the silhouette, Miss Tic for word poetry, Ernest Pignon-Ernest for urban memory, Jef Aérosol for stencil, Invader for urban pixel, Obey for the engaged icon.
Active in the street art scene for over twenty years, Lasveguix has managed to carve out a universe that is both punk and poetic. Since 2022, he has transposed this street heritage to the studio, creating works where movement, time, and collective memory freeze without ever fading.
Known for his singularity, he regularly participates in charity galas and prestigious auctions — COEUR CENTRAL at Roland Garros, Around the Williams at Pavillon Ledoyen, Faire ma part, Nav Solidaire, or SOS Préma. His creations reach record sums there, confirming a distinct place in urban and contemporary art.
Lasveguix advocates accessible, free, and vibrant art, where every torn piece tells a story of love and positivity.
