For sale an iconic piece of computing history: an Atari 520ST in exceptional condition. This unit has been thoroughly tested and works perfectly in every part (keyboard, floppy drive, expansion ports, and video output). Naturally, this is a vintage item of about forty years old, sold as such. Fully functioning, with no cracks but with light signs of plastic yellowing.
Unlike most similar units for sale, this one comes with its original box, which is in good aesthetic condition. Inside are the original intact polystyrene inserts, essential to protect the computer during transport and to increase its value over time, together with the cardboard case for the accessories. To further increase the value of this lot, the original Atari STM1 mouse (also tested and perfectly working) and the SCART video cable, which allows you to use the 520ST with virtually any television and display a perfect, disturbance-free image.
Completing the package are the original manuals and 16 floppy disks with a selection of games in addition to the system disk with the programming language.
As can be seen from the photos, the computer is in the French version (AZERTY keyboard layout, ideal for collectors of regional variants).
