The painting “Greenland” is a work by Andrzej Cybury from 2026. The artist, hailing from Lesser Poland, was born in 1976, and lives and works in his hometown of Bochnia. Until around 1998 he honed his artistic craft by drawing, then using pastels as a medium, and later painting. Soon he earned the recognition of local art connoisseurs, which led to exhibitions of his works. Over time he had the opportunity to showcase his talent at foreign openings. His artistic interests and aesthetic images are human emotions and the interpenetration of the real and the imagined world. The painter draws inspiration from various themes, from cultural and social perspectives to nature and travel.
