Cédric Brion – Photographer
Born in 1978 in Belgium, Cédric Brion is a recognized photographer known for his conceptual portraits with dark, cinematic atmospheres.
Inspired by fantastical worlds and ancient civilizations, he explores through his images the contrasts between shadow and light, revealing the emotional and symbolic dimension of the human face.
His work, presented in numerous international exhibitions, including in London, the Grand Palais in Paris, Lille ARTUP in Lille, and the Venice Biennale, has been recognized with several prestigious distinctions, including an honorable mention at the Salon des Artistes Français, as well as a gold medal at the Vienna International Photo Awards and a bronze medal at the Tokyo International Foto Awards.
Through a singular fine-art aesthetic, Cédric Brion creates portraits like open windows onto imaginary worlds, inviting the viewer to dive into a visual experience that is at once poetic and introspective.
