Description from the seller

Art print on matte Fine Art paper Hahnemühle, 30X45cm + wooden frame decorated with a passe-partout 56X64 cm.
Delivered with certificate of authenticity. Signed and numbered.

Packed in a cardboard tube shipped from France.

Mathilde Oscar was born in Paris in 1980; she lives and works in Cannes. Passionate about painting, which she first pursued, she studies the history of Art. When she discovers photography, it is to transpose her pictorial ideas strongly inspired by the great masters of painting, Romanticism and neo-classicism. The creation of sets, costumes and accessories often adds to her creative process, but sometimes digitally.
She thus develops a unique visual art blending the codes of classical painting with photography and digital manipulation. Often anachronistic and offbeat, her portraits seem lost in an unknown space-time, with multiple references to the history of Art.
Awards:
Gold Award, winner of creative photography, The portrait Masters 2019
Siver Award, The portrait Masters 2020
Silver award, WPE 2019 / 2020
