For sale is a Greenore 8 Years Single Grain Irish Whiskey from Cooley Distillery, County Louth, Ireland. It comes from a collection that was sold off in 2000. Purchased in the UK in 2000.
Greenore is one of the distinctive Irish single grain whiskeys. This expression was matured for 8 years and bottled at 40% ABV in a characteristic 70 cl bottle. According to the producer, it was matured in rum and bourbon oak casks, giving the whiskey its characteristic sweetness and vanilla notes.
The bottle is in excellent, almost mint condition. According to the photos, the labels, closure, and glass are very well preserved. The bottle has been carefully and appropriately stored for many years.
