Description from the seller
"Three Tones" is a still life with three different kinds (undyed) eggs. The colors arise because the chickens are fed different foods. It is an print on high-quality Hahnemuhle Baryta paper and the image is protected with renaissance wax. The size of the photograph is 20x20 cm and it is the first edition of 25.
In Van de Bunte's still lifes, everyday objects take on a new role. They are detached from utility and use and appear as pure forms: quiet, present, almost vulnerable. Through the soft light, the sober composition and the attention to skin, shell, glass and ceramics, a still world emerges in which time slows down. The Photographer works with the latest Hasselblad equipment and creates her photography from a studio located in a monumental building in the Hanseatic city of Kampen. Her work is presented in museums, galleries and at art fairs."
