Aurora - OLO - Fountain pen

Aurora fountain pen model "OLO" 585 14 Kt with solid 14 K gold nib. A fountain pen from the 1920s–early 1930s, with its nib guard and a natural Nero Marquina marble base with a double resting base. The Olo models were produced with either a safety (twist) or button filling system. They remained in production until the early 1940s, and their style, colors, and design followed the evolution of Aurora's main lines. This fountain pen was made in a fantastic variegated celluloid with cream, gold, blue, and pearlescent stripes. The Aurora mark is impressed on the pen as seen in the photo, and under the marble base there is a warranty seal still in place after almost 100 years. Handcrafted in Aurora’s laboratories in Turin.
