Maria was born on September 10, 1970 in Kharkiv; from age 12 she studied in an art studio, she won twice in the city contest “Nature through Children's Eyes,” since 1985 she studied at the Art High School in Kharkiv, since 1999 she began painting oil paintings, she most loves landscapes, she is also drawn to still lifes, the author prefers a realistic direction in painting, but also loves to work in a surrealist style.
