Celso Tempia (Bonda - Mezzana Mortigliengo - Biella, 1907), a 20th-century landscape painter. In 1957, in Biellese, at Bronda he painted on his father’s house the “Madonna del Sassoferrato”; in 1967, he frescoed the “Madonna del De Bosis,” a reproduction kept in the nearby Oratory of San Rocco.
In 1973 he founded and inaugurated in Bonda his own studio, frequented by Italian-French artists “Frères d’Art.”
