Dimitar Cholakov is an experienced and acknowledged Bulgarian painter who works with oil, watercolor, and mixed media. His oeuvre is characterized by strong emotional intensity, clear color handling, and a balance between figuration and abstraction, with international recognition and exhibitions in Europe.
He uses oil paint as a core medium in his painting practice, in which he visualizes feelings and experiences of nature through expressive brushwork, color, and composition.
His oil-on-canvas works balance between abstraction and figuration and form part of his broad oeuvre alongside watercolor and mixed media.
Dimensions of the work: 90 x 110 cm
Dimensions with frame: 94 x 114 cm
Viewing is, of course, possible. In addition, we have our own in-house framing department, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary.
