Here at last is the long-awaited new version of Teejo’s Pub des Rencontres, a digital work that has become iconic. This tableau is the fruit of meticulous, passionate work, carried out over many dozens of hours, where every detail was designed to create a rich narrative universe, mysterious and deeply immersive.

In this homage to Edward Hopper, the famous nighttime bar becomes a temporal crossroads, a living theater where characters from different eras, artistic movements, and cultural realms cross paths. Classic, modern, historical, or imagined figures mingle in a reimagined scene, creating a fascinating visual game of references, subversions, and impossible encounters.

Each character (about 20 master paintings) has been fully recreated (graphics tablet + Photoshop), integrated with a sharp sense of light and chromatic coherence to respect Hopper’s unique atmosphere while affirming Teejo’s artistic signature.

Teejo is a French contemporary artist. He modernizes classical works by great masters by reinventing them with his own vision. He aims to make (re)discover to the whole world old master paintings sometimes forgotten over time. His passion for classical art has allowed him to develop his talent. He has also created new original works blending poetry, satire, prevention and imagination, conveying numerous messages through his creations. These works are sold worldwide.

He creates his works using digital tools such as Photoshop and enjoys mixing and revisiting techniques to achieve the best result. He is also the designer of the "perceptual duality", a graphic innovation registered with the Institut national de la propriété industrielle allowing multiple images in a single tableau using color-filter glasses.
