The nature of the technique I use makes every piece in the series a unique and unrepeatable work.
The work consists of a prismatic pyramid, interrupted three-quarters of the way by a hollow portion. I consider this work a revenge of the Self over the perils of existence, but also an innate longing upward. Toward a metamorphosis of form into pure energy. Matter that becomes spirit. The hollow portion that interrupts the ascent of the form toward the summit is characterized as a set of parts that, unused, remain impressed as empty traces of past experiences.
