Tere Ormazabal, born in Bilbao, Spain.
Artistic photographer with an extensive track record in creation, teaching and institutional collaboration.
Graduated in Geography and History from UPV-EHU, she has developed work focused on artistic photography and alternative techniques such as cyanotype, Van Dyke brown, liquid emulsion, lithographic film and image transfers both polaroid and digital emulsion transfer.
Her work has been exhibited in numerous venues and cultural centers of the Basque Country since the late 1990s and has received national photography awards.

In this series, everyday objects become protagonists of small visual stories, where color, shape and texture intertwine in harmony. Each composition seeks balance and serenity, inviting the viewer to pause and contemplate the details that often go unnoticed. A bird, present throughout the series, provides a living element that balances the composition and humanizes the still lifes.
