The fountain pen is presented in very good condition, maintaining an aesthetically very attractive presence and a generally balanced overall set typical of a well-preserved vintage piece. The metal body with longitudinally striated gold finish retains a warm and uniform shine, highlighting the characteristic linear pattern that defines this model. There are faint micro-swirls of use and small superficial marks typical of the passage of time and careful use, with no major dents or visible deformations. These discreet traces are common in pieces from this era and do not affect its structural integrity or visual appeal at all.

The cap maintains excellent alignment with the body and clearly preserves both the MONTBLANC engraving next to the historic mountain emblem and the inscription “Fabricado en España por E.M.S.”, elements that confirm its interesting provenance within the Spanish production of the brand. The gold-plated clip is firm, properly aligned and with good shine, showing only very light signs of use appropriate to its age. The Montblanc star on the top of the cap remains in good condition, with its profile well defined.

The black resin section is intact and free of cracks, maintaining a clean and well-preserved appearance. The solid 14K / 585 gold nib presents an excellent condition, with well-defined engravings and no visible deformations. The tip appears correct and aligned, maintaining its original geometry.

The filling system via cartridge or converter works correctly. As is customary in all pieces offered by Collecting Legacy, the pen has been inspected and tested before being put up for sale, guaranteeing its proper writing functionality.
