THE WORK:
Esfinge 2 paseante P/A (2020) is a line etching on a zinc plate, manually printed in the artist’s workshop. This artist’s proof is part of a very limited edition.
The surreal-leaning work combines recognizable elements to build an evocative scene: a sphinx inspired by the façade of the Museo Arqueológico de Madrid dominates the composition, while a passerby, with their back to the viewer, advances toward it from an open and enigmatic space.
Made on Papel Grabado-Arte in wheat tone (46.5 × 35.5 cm), this piece stands out for its technical quality and symbolic atmosphere, ideal for collectors of contemporary graphic art.
This work is sent with a certificate of authenticity featuring a photograph of the work, dated and hand-signed by the artist.
Shipping is done with the work properly protected between cardboard. Not rolled.
