The lines seem to chase each other, cross, contradict themselves and then meet again by chance, as if they have developed their own life. Some appear calm and flowing, others wild and impatient, almost as if different moods become visible at the same time.

The splashes of color recall spontaneous decisions – moments when you don’t overthink, but simply act. And that is precisely what is very human about it: the imperfect, the chaotic, the real. Nothing here is neat or controlled, yet a living order emerges.

This painting feels like a thought that cannot be tamed – like emotions that speak over each other at the same time. It tells of not everything in life needing to be planned or logical in order to have meaning. Sometimes it is precisely the disorder that is the most honest.

Biografie:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, shapes, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions in Europe I could collect many artistic impressions that shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my works I mainly deal with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. My aim is to make visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods, and spaces in between that often express themselves only through color and movement.
I paint out of passion. It is an intuitive process for me, where authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – a impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting with dimensions 160 x 100 cm you need a stretched canvas frame of 150 x 90 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an art craftsman or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original, which is signed on the back by the artist and dated by year.

High-quality and light-fast acrylic paints have been used on multiple layers of white-primed gallery canvas.

A varnish has also been applied to protect the work.
