Description from the seller
Overview
This is an attractive antique Viking pocket watch set, offered together with an old pocket watch chain and a period presentation box. The watch itself is a large open-face mechanical model with a signed white dial, black Arabic numerals, and small seconds at 6, giving it a clear and balanced appearance. The silver case is understated and elegant, with engine-turned decoration and a central vacant cartouche on the back. The old chain and the marbled presentation box strengthen the period character of the lot, and the most appealing feature is the way the watch, chain, and box come together as a complete and display-worthy ensemble.
