Description from the seller
Still life depicting a lush bouquet of flowers in a vase, treated with an expressive and dynamic touch. The palette is rich, blending warm tones (oranges, reds) with contrasts of azure blues and bright whites, all set against a background of ethereal gray-blue hues. The impasto technique (paint relief) testifies to the vigor of the execution characteristic of the early 1960s.
