Everett Thomas Orsini, born in October 1946, has always lived in Rochester, New York. He graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High in 1964. Among other studies, he studied Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology and Art History at the University of Rochester, attending evening classes. After retiring in 2003, after spending 30 years as a civilian police employee, Tom began taking on commissions for watercolor portraits of houses in the Rochester area.
