Very typical work of the exceptional artist, who sadly passed away in 2011. The New York City Taxi, the Yellow Cab, is one of the artist’s icons. Rizzi was also a taxi driver in NYC for a period of time.
Beautiful print from the catalog THE NEW YORK PAINTINGS from 1996. The catalog is out of print; we do not know the edition size.
Very good condition of the print. Newly framed with matt.
We ship securely packaged with insurance and tracking.
Rizzi was a 3D artist; his art is particularly popular in the USA, Switzerland, Germany, and Japan. Since the artist’s death, works have become increasingly harder to find. He follows the great pop-art artists like Haring, Warhol, and Lichtenstein. Similar art to Charles Fazzino.
