Since 1992 he has been involved in various artistic projects. His works are vivid colorful stories about what surrounds him. Giennadij Pitsko's dynamic painting is characterized by warm, lively, and saturated coloristic, an atmosphere of fantasy and the spectacle of female figures, as well as the ability to manipulate the texture of paint applied with a palette knife on canvas. The artist uses a brush and a spatula. Pitsko's painting is very recognizable thanks to a distinctive color palette, showing a fascination with French artists such as Claude Monet and Amadeo Modigliani. Twenty years ago in Sopot he saw an exhibition by Jerzy Dudy-Gracz and from the first glance fell in love with creating with palette knives. Since then he has consistently worked in this technique. He also rejected the traditional way of depicting figures, instead drawing on the experiences of contemporary painters.
