According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais's market value in 2021 rises to about 600-2000 euros for his paintings and prints/multiples, making him a relatively affordable artist for art collectors.
A compulsive and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon; he explores several techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism to Rauschenberg or De Kooning, to material projections in the style of Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage or to Karel Appel’s expressionism, which walk the line between abstract gesture and figurative representation. But his signature remains this physical painting, this material worked by the body, a testament to the artist's intimate monologue.
