Born in Haarlem in 1939 and died in Gintrac in 2015
Also known as Cornelis Okx, he was a Dutch graphic artist and painter.
After his studies at the Amsterdam Art Academy he emigrated to France.
Okx is regarded as part of the Haarlem School of the 1950s, which also included Poppe Damave, Anton Heyboer and Frans Verpoorten.
He has held exhibitions at, among others, the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam and galleries around the world.
