Description from the seller

Amandyne describes her artistic process as the “deconstruction of the human and of matter,” in search of a sensuous and sensory expression. She reinvents and transforms matter to awaken the inner strength, “the pure energy of each of her models,” in order to reveal the divine incarnate in each of us.

“I mainly want my paintings to vibrate with my passion for bodies, their mysteries, and the untamable life that moves them. Thus, I give flesh to my sensations.”
The use of dripping technique is at the heart of her creative process. The first reason is spontaneity and energy: it gives real dynamism to the work.
By letting drops and splashes land on the canvas in an arbitrary way, she manages to capture—in this momentary movement—the joy and sensuality of the subject. By freeing herself from constraints and total control, she can let emotions and her state of mind of the moment take over. Dripping also allows her to create on the canvas unique patterns and textures, giving her works an unpredictable dimension to reflect the beauty of the body.
Through the effect of successive layers of paint overlapping and intertwining, the dripping technique creates a rich visual texture and fascinating depth.
Each spray of ink, each splash adds a new dimension to the work, turning the canvas into a complex field of colors and forms in interaction.
“The dripping welcomes and embraces the accidental. Each drop of paint can create a new direction or inspire a new idea, making each work an unpredictable adventure. This approach allows me to celebrate imperfection and the uniqueness of every creative moment.
In short, the dripping technique is, for me, a powerful means of expression that combines energy, complexity, and a touch of artistic heritage. It allows me to create vibrant and living works, where every element is the result of a spontaneous interaction between the artist, the matter, and chance.”

The work is sold with a certificate of authenticity and a quotation annex and is shipped rolled.

Through free gestures and luminous touches, the artist evokes the meeting of two energies. The forms blend, are guessed more than shown, to suggest love, trust, and the inner peace that arises from contact with the other.
