Rarity - Hijack works are rare on the market

Hijack was born in 1992 in California and is a prodigy of contemporary art whose work is a revelation in street art — his pieces are inventive, brilliantly constructed and seen at cultural hotspots around the world, from Los Angeles to London.

Hijack has street art in his blood; He is the son of the infamous pop artist Mr. Brainwash and grew up near well-known street artists such as Space Invader, Banksy and Shepard Fairey. Over the course of his artistic development, Hijack has found his own voice and created a personality inspired by the spirit of music and poetry of everyday moments, creating colorful and meaningful perspectives on life.

In 2013 Hijack stormed onto the British art scene with his gallery debut at the prestigious Mead Carney Fine Art Gallery on Dover Street in London. The eagerly anticipated show sold out before it opened. He was subsequently featured in publications such as Art of England, Huffington Post UK, The Art Newspaper and The Telegraph.

The dynamics of Hijack's initial success have made him a phenomenon in contemporary art; he has exhibited worldwide and collaborated with some of the most renowned street artists of contemporary art such as Cope from New York and Dragon 76 from Japan. He currently lives in Los Angeles, where he continues to push the boundaries of contemporary art.
