Daniele Guidi DAGU - WILD CHOICE

This piece titled "Wild Choice" is part of my Street Art Style series signed under the pseudonym DAGU.
Like the other works in this series, it is created with a particular technique that makes the copies appear “original.”
In fact, I create the original drawing by hand, with acrylic markers on 300 g A4 watercolor paper.
The drawing is then digitized and subsequently printed on canvas in my own printing workshop, where I personally oversee the entire process, without third-party involvement.
The print obtained in this way is then touched up with acrylic paints and acrylic markers.
This second intervention allows me to perceive the artwork in a new dimension, thus feeling the need to give it a "second life" through further manual color applications, to what was previously created.
The result is essentially the pairing of two works: the original drawing, plus the hand-retouched print in a 1/1 edition, and the novelty is that you receive both.
This street art style adds vibrant color and energy to your spaces. It creates contrasts and draws attention, precisely because the bold color and the intensity of the subject make color the main protagonist.
The original drawing also lets you appreciate the differences between the "Before and After" caused by later interventions on the print.
The canvas work is shipped rolled up, without a frame.
The continuation of the painting on the edges allows mounting on a 2 cm or 4 cm frame.
The work (indeed, the 2 works that compose it) is hand-signed on the back with a certificate of authenticity and a dry stamp bearing "Daniele Guidi".
I have included in the presentation some photos with indicative settings, so you can get an idea of how and where to place it.
Proportions in some cases may be distorted by digital adaptation.
To complete the presentation you will also find some close-up photos that give you a more precise view of the various “connections” that animate the painting.
Obviously, for technical reasons, the color may differ from the original due to the different calibration of smartphone or computer screens.

Unfortunately, the heavy Italian bureaucratic requirements make shipping to non-EU countries complex and very costly.
