Description from the seller
Detached
70 x 50 cm
A moment when nothing is held anymore.
The head tilts back, the body gives way.
Not weak.
More like free.
A letting go of control, of tension, of what is expected.
What remains is only the self.
Still.
And at the same time full of presence.
Packaging: sturdy cardboard
Courier: DPD / DHL
About me:
"My painting moves at the boundary between figuration and abstraction - a tension-filled dialogue of expressive gesture, intense color worlds, and intuitive dynamics.
Inspired by the energy of Abstract Expressionism, which moves between body and dissolution, chaos and harmony."
Each work is a process of questioning and rediscovery:
Lines break through surfaces.
Figures emerge and disappear again.
An emotionally charged dance between control and release."
Mila Veljac'a is a visual artist from Croatia. She trained at art academies in Croatia, Vienna, Salzburg and Stuttgart and for several years shared her expertise as a lecturer for visual arts.
