The sycamore maple (Acer pseudoplatanus) photo was taken in April. The crown will continue to grow larger.

The sycamore maple grew in our garden on a dried-out tree stump, had no soil contact for many years, was never fertilized, and was only watered a little during the summer months. For this reason the trunk is only 2 cm thick so far. The tree has been pollarded for two years.

The sycamore maple is a native tree species that can live over 400 years. This species is very vigorous and robust, and therefore well suited for beginners.

The sycamore maple is shipped in a pot and is packaged with due care.

Der Bergahorn ist in unserem Garten auf einem ausgetrocknetem Baumstamm gewachsen, hatte viele Jahre keinen Erdkontakt, wurde nie gedüngt und nur in den Sommermonaten zusätzlich etwas gegossen. Aus diesem Grund ist der Stamm bisher erst 2 cm dick. Der Baum ist seit 2 Jahren getopft. 
Der Bergahorn ist eine einheimische Baumart die über 400 Jahre alt werden kann. Diese Art ist sehr wuchsfreudig, robust und daher gut für Anfänger geeignet.
Der Bergahorn wird mit Topf versandt und entsprechend sorgfältig verpackt.
