- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist with wide-ranging interests who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring the majority of his artistic works.
He continually explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with a double meaning, fuse the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize in the Urban Master contest (2023), then elected Newbie of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as the "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he has also benefited from a publication in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues across Europe, the United States, and Asia, cementing his place in the contemporary art scene. Simultaneously, SKE is making his mark in the digital art market, a major trend of the past two years, enhancing the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics, and textural play characterize a style that has become essential.
SKE is undeniably an artist to watch, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Acclaimed & Awarded Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
AN UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work fits within a prestigious lineage. His line shows the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works bridge the eras: they revisit classics, not hesitating to divert Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or the deconstructed forms of Picasso to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic close to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates the icons of our childhood. He stages Disney’s universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic avarice of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics, and the superhero world is omnipresent: from Nintendo and the legendary Game Boy universe, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), through Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style that sometimes evokes Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits alongside logos of luxury and fashion giants. His canvases capture the aesthetic of the “Hype”: sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin) are present. He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass consumption icons like Coca-Cola. It’s vibrant art, with textured finishes that evoke the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This artwork is ideal for enriching a collection or adding a dynamic touch to your interior.
