Project: Sensualità (unposed photography)
The unusual mix of a certain underlying melancholy and a persistent halo of sensuality, present in almost all of his shots, finds its maximum exaltation in the series Sensualità, dedicated to female beauty; in this case too, it is a beauty that does not refer exclusively to conventional aesthetic standards.
Claudio Montecucco tells his project by invoking the words of Robert Doisneau:
"What I was trying to show was a world where I would feel good, where people would be kind, where I would find the tenderness I hoped to receive. My photos were like a proof that this world can exist."
