Bruno Cattani was born in Reggio Emilia in 1964 and is a photographer of memory, of places and of the emotional past. He began his career in 1982 and for over thirty years has collaborated with national and international museums (Galleria Civica of Modena, Musée Rodin, Musée du Louvre, Pergamonmuseum), art institutes (École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts and the National Institute for Graphic Arts) and institutions (Pompeii Archaeological Superintendent). Bruno Cattani is also the author of some artist’s books, including Memorie, Playing Dreams and Eros. This photo is part of the series "Eros", which gathers years of passionate investigations and fascinating journeys into the universe of sculpture, in which the author has managed to intercept and shape those dark and hidden aspects of desire.
