A 2014 aerial study of New York City midtown area, near Columbus Circus and the Central Park. Artwork number 16 from a small limited edition of 30 prints. The image aims to explore the architecture and history of Manhattan through subtle layers of reflected light and shadows on a sunny afternoon.
The print has an embossed artist stamp on recto and is signed on a label on verso. It also comes with a signed & dated Certificate of Authenticity. Chromogenic print on museum standard Fuji Crystal Archival paper. The artwork will be shipped flat (tracked in insured) well protected in acid free materials and a sturdy packaging.
André Lichtenberg works have been exhibited in museums and private galleries worldwide, including the Barbican Centre London in 1998, Centre Pompidou/IRCAM, Paris in 2015/16 and Fabrica, Brighton in 2018. His artworks are represented in numerous international art collections including the Joseph Cohen Family Collection in NY and the NHS Trust UK.
