Description from the seller
"The things left unsaid" says Guzzoni, referring to his cards. They don’t "tell" only words, but also shapes, bodies and actions: it is just another language. The set of his works depicting the pieces of paper represents a kind of alphabet, an imaginative ABC, and for this reason immortalized without being subject to gravity, but as if suspended to present themselves to the viewer.
Guzzoni's sheets of paper enter into relation with the viewer and are not the tale of someone else written with ink.
They, the sheets of paper, express themselves as forms even without containing words.
They present themselves before us and stand out for their individuality.
They do not let anyone go without first stimulating their imagination."
Cit. Melina Scalise
