Massimiliano Muner - Time Truth

Massimiliano Muner (Trieste, 1984) is a photographer, curator, and artistic director. His research focuses on analogue photography and, in particular, on experimentation with Polaroid materials and the languages of instant imagery. His works have been exhibited in over 50 shows across Europe and the United States and are included in the Polaroid Collection at WestLicht (Vienna) and in the archive of the Alinari Foundation for the History of Photography (Florence).
Work belonging to the artist's research on the stratification of the image and on the relationship between time, language, and perception. The direct intervention on photographic matter and the subsequent typographic overlay generate a non-linear visual structure, in which repetition becomes rhythm and construction of meaning.
