Paulus Adrianus Maria Klemann is a Dutch draftsman, painter and photographer.

Klemann trained in Den Bosch at the Royal Academy of Art and Design between 1980 and 1984. In 1993 he became famous when he won the first prize in the Prix de Rome with a series of drawings.
