At first glance this painting may look like a tangle of circles and lines, but the longer you look, the more it seems to breathe. Black paths wind through the space, some closed, others interrupted, as if they had lost their destination. Red lines cut through the order in between, light, quick, and unsettled – like thoughts that cannot be held onto.

"Lost Routes" tells of moments in life when one’s own path is no longer clear. Of directions that cross, of decisions that leave traces, and of the feeling of moving between order and chaos. The circles appear as attempts to find a foothold, while the red stands for movement – for searching, doubting, and moving on, even without a fixed course.

The image feels human, almost vulnerable. It reminds us that no one walks in a straight line all the time. Paths wander in loops, cross, break off, and begin anew. Especially in this chaos lies something familiar: the struggle for orientation, the need for structure, and simultaneously the courage to keep moving forward in the face of uncertainty.
