Description from the seller
-Esty-
The artist develops a painterly research that moves between the floral world and the figurative dimension, creating a continuous dialogue between nature and human beings. Her production ranges from botanical compositions rich in energy and materiality to portraits and figures in which a deep emotional sensitivity emerges.
In the floral paintings, color is the absolute protagonist: dynamic brushstrokes, textural stratifications, and luminous contrasts transform the flower into a symbol of vitality, transformation, and fragility. The shapes expand across the canvas with an instinctive yet conscious gesture, giving life to intense and engaging compositions.
In the figurative works, instead, the artist explores interiority through postures, gazes, and suspended atmospheres. The figures are never simple representations, but become silent narratives, charged with emotion and psychological depth.
A common element to both bodies of work is the attention to material and color as primary expressive tools. Whether it’s a flower in full explosive bloom or a figure immersed in its thoughts, each work reflects a tension between energy and delicacy, between gesture and introspection
They didn’t really fall from the sky—they seemed to be born from within, like thoughts that could no longer find space and decided to transform into something more fragile, yet more bearable.
They settled on the eyes without asking for permission, slowly covering every detail, every form, every face.
Yet there was no fear.
For the first time, not seeing did not mean losing something.
It meant stopping the chase.
The noise of the world grew faint, the outlines faded, and in their place remained only a subtler presence—the beating of things, the weight of the air, the invisible warmth of what exists even when not looked at.
