Description from the seller

In this volume, the binding is either editorial or amateur for its era, in half cloth or veneered cardboard, Bordeaux margins, with boards covered in decorative paper featuring repeating brown fleur-de-lis motifs on a cream background.
Back: Titles impressed in gold on a leather or faux-leather Bordeaux panel: CANGIULLO / PAESI.
Condition: The binding appears solid, with minor signs of wear to the edges and corners consistent with the book's age.
Inside, the paper is slightly browned by time but clean. Of particular value is the presence of an autographed dedication signed by the author
"To Don Guido of pastoral elegance. Cangiullo. days of chrysanthemums. '38"
This dedication, dated 1938, gives the copy considerable collectible interest, directly linking the book to its author, a key figure of Neapolitan Futurism.
The book celebrates the beauty of the Campanian landscape through Cangiullo's sensibility. The presence of the 'judgment' of F. T. Marinetti (founder of Futurism) underscores the work's importance in the literary scene of the time.
Index of places: The volume touches many Campanian locations, including Baia, Pompeii, Torre Annunziata, Portici, Casoria, and many others (as visible from the photo on page 306).
Opening poem: The Gulf of Naples (Free Song), a composition that exalts the light and vitality of the Neapolitan sea.
