Cehere presents ALGORITHM APPROVED, a 70 by 50 cm original mixed media painting from 2026, in the Art populaire style depicting Culture Pop, hand-signed, a unique piece delivered directly from the artist with a certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
Artist: Cehere
All characters as well as the texts and words appearing in my works are entirely handmade. No figurative or typographic element is derived from collage.
ALGORITHM APPROVED questions the place of art and emotion in the age of social networks. An iconic scene of tenderness is here framed and contaminated by the visual codes of digital platforms, turning the image into content and the work into a measurable object.
Through the incorporation of a painted digital interface, the artist questions the contemporary injunction to be visible, to perform, and to be validated by the algorithm.
Likes, views, and shares become criteria of recognition, imposing on art a logic of normalization and automated approval.
The painting, a material and sensitive object, thus confronts the normative virtuality of social networks, revealing the tension between artistic creation and digital validation.
Each work is the fruit of a slow and controlled process, combining mixed techniques and thoughtful composition, in direct connection with my artistic journey.
Unique piece and handmade.
Signature on the back.
Original artwork, signed, delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
