Renata Giannelli - Fiore giallo

Graphic work on handmade paper by the artist using plant fibers, natural pigments and marbling. The image takes the form of a relief impression, enriched with gold leaf inserts. The inking, performed directly by the artist, is created at the palette and enhanced by gestural interventions in oil and pastel. The central element, isolated like an icon, explicitly recalls the language and aesthetics of pop art.
