Sandro da Re - Nudo

This is a portrait of a nude executed by the well-known Bergamo photographer Sandro da Re, presumably in the 1940s, probably in his studio in Bergamo, where he operated with his father Umberto. Born in 1923, Sandro da Re began practicing photography, initially only as an assistant to the already famous father, before becoming famous himself... Sandro da Re is remembered for photographing beautiful girls and women; he was also the official photographer of Miss Italia from 1948 to 1951, and my nude photographs as well as his portraits are well known. This photograph depicts a very beautiful blonde girl, posed in the studio, and the format is 24.4 x 19.6 cm. Overall in good condition, with some slight defects along the edges and at the lower right corner.
