This work belongs to the series “Dreamscape Horizon,” in which Alla Faber creates landscapes that hover between reality and imagination – calm, atmospheric spaces where light and color are in focus.
In “Serenity,” a quiet, almost meditative coastal landscape unfolds. The luminous green of the water forms a tension-filled contrast with the warm, rosy sky, lending the scene a slightly surreal, dreamlike quality. The light on the horizon seems to gently dissolve into the space, creating a calm, floating atmosphere.
The reflections in the water are softly rendered and add depth without losing the lightness of the composition. The dark rocks provide calm accents in the foreground and guide the eye into the distance.

The large-format painting is especially well suited for modern living spaces, bedrooms, quiet work areas, or stylish office settings, bringing a harmonious, relaxing mood into the room.

About the artist

Alla Faber lives and works in Hamburg.
For several years she has devoted herself to abstract and modern painting, creating large-scale works that balance between calm and movement, structure and ease.

Her preferred materials are acrylic paints, texturing gels, and metal foils – combined in fine, often multi-layered compositions.
Through delicate transitions, harmonious color gradients, and light reflections, her images emerge that do not dominate the space but fill it with quiet presence.

Her artistic work follows the concept “So sounds the stillness” – a painterly exploration of the moment between sound and silence.
In this silence, for Faber there is no emptiness but a vibrant force: the breathing of light, the whisper of colors, the soft pulsation of the room.

Her works invite the viewer to pause and listen to the stillness – that state in which calm, light, and emotion merge into a harmonious unity.

Her works have already been shown in several exhibitions in Hamburg, including “Hamburg zeigt Kunst” and in various galleries and HASPA branches.
