The canvas features an additional white peripheral margin of about 5 cm per side, not included in the indicated measurements, intended to facilitate possible stretching or framing.

The work depicts an imposing frontal portrait of a lion, a universal symbol of strength, authority and control. The animal’s intense, direct gaze immediately captures attention, conveying a sense of calm dominance and absolute presence. The composition, essential and balanced, concentrates the whole scene on the face, removing superfluous elements to enhance the subject’s expressiveness and character. Warm light wraps the mane with golden and amber hues, creating depth and movement through careful work on the textures. Spanish artist born in 1989, he has developed a personal painterly path through years of travel and direct engagement with the public. After a long period dedicated to creating and selling works in urban contexts, he refined the oil-on-canvas technique, building a recognizable style. His research moves between observation of reality and the emotional interpretation of the subject, with particular attention to light and material rendering. Some of his works have been shown in selected exhibitions and artistic contexts, becoming part of private collections. He continues today his artistic activity between studio and travel.
