The artwork is sold without a stretcher frame and without a shadow-gap frame.

The painting was created using a special and unusual technique. The artist does not use brushes for their art but applies the acrylic color directly onto the canvas by hand. The paint is poured very thinly onto the unprimed cotton fabric and massaged into the fabric. This allows the color to penetrate deeply into the fabric and there are no visible brushstrokes. The artist repeats this process several times. The paintings consist of up to ten layers / color strata. This results in very fine color transitions and nuances that are difficult to reproduce faithfully in photographs.
