In 2008, production moved to the Jelinek plant in Vizovice. The old stills were replaced with Holstein stills, which the company also uses to produce slivovitz and all its fruit spirits. The same year was retained, similar Czech oak barrels are used, and the aromatic profile remains distinctly plum-like.

Currently, Jelinek uses old Czech oak barrels to age Gold Cock whisky.
